Social Meditation

Second Monday of the Month 6-8pm    

This Social Meditation group practice is open to adults of all ages. We gather on the second Monday of every month for meditation instruction followed by 30 minutes of sitting meditation practice. We then offer social meditation and have time for socializing and snacks at the end. In the group practice of social meditation we explore what it means to listen deeply and speak from our present experience. It provides a space that fosters genuine communication and awake culture, helping us to bring the practice of meditation into our daily lives.

Sitting – 6:00-6:30pm
Social Meditation – 6:30-7:30pm
(optional) Socializing and snacks – 7:30-8:00pm
